Copyright / Intellectual Property Policy

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, all intellectual property associated with SolveTech remains the exclusive property of SolveTech or its licensors.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Website content
• Software code and applications
• UI/UX designs
• Logos and branding
• Graphics and visual assets
• Databases and structures
• Technical documentation
• APIs and integrations
• Project methodologies
• Source code frameworks
• Templates and reusable modules
• Marketing materials
• Written content and documentation

All applicable intellectual property rights are protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

2. Client Ownership Rights

Clients retain ownership of:

• Their trademarks and logos
• Business content provided by them
• Proprietary business information
• Client-owned databases and materials

Ownership transfer of custom-developed deliverables may occur only after:

• Full payment clearance, and
• Any agreed contractual conditions are satisfied

Unless otherwise agreed, SolveTech may retain rights to reusable frameworks, libraries, methodologies, and backend systems used during development.

3. Permitted Use

Users may:

• Access our website for lawful business purposes
• Review publicly available information
• Use services according to signed agreements or licenses

Users may not:

• Copy or reproduce protected materials without permission
• Reverse engineer software or systems
• Resell or redistribute proprietary assets
• Remove copyright or trademark notices
• Use SolveTech intellectual property for unauthorized commercial purposes

4. Software Licensing

Where software, applications, or digital products are licensed rather than sold:

• Clients receive limited usage rights as defined in the agreement.
• Ownership of source frameworks, proprietary systems, or reusable code components may remain with SolveTech.
• Unauthorized duplication, modification, sublicensing, or resale is prohibited unless expressly permitted.

5. Third-Party Intellectual Property

Projects may include third-party assets, tools, libraries, APIs, plugins, themes, or software licensed from external providers.

Such assets remain subject to the respective third-party license terms and ownership rights.

SolveTech does not claim ownership over third-party intellectual property.

6. Copyright Infringement Claims

SolveTech respects intellectual property rights and expects clients and users to do the same.

If you believe that content or material associated with SolveTech infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please provide:

• Your contact information
• Description of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material
• Proof of ownership or authorization
• A written statement made in good faith

We may investigate and take appropriate action where necessary.

7. Portfolio & Marketing Rights

Unless restricted by a signed confidentiality agreement or written request:

• SolveTech may display completed projects, company names, logos, screenshots, or publicly accessible work in portfolios, case studies, presentations, or marketing materials for promotional purposes.

Confidential or sensitive information will not intentionally be disclosed without authorization.

8. User-Provided Content

Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials provided to SolveTech do not violate:

• Copyright laws
• Trademark rights
• Licensing agreements
• Privacy laws
• Third-party intellectual property rights

Clients agree to indemnify SolveTech against claims arising from unauthorized use of supplied materials.

9. Trademark Protection

The SolveTech name, logo, branding elements, slogans, and related identifiers may be protected trademarks or proprietary brand assets.

Unauthorized use, imitation, or misleading representation is prohibited.

10. Confidentiality & Source Code Protection

Access to proprietary source code, backend systems, server configurations, infrastructure architecture, or security implementations may be restricted unless explicitly included in the project agreement.

11. Enforcement Rights

SolveTech reserves the right to:

• Remove unauthorized usage of intellectual property
• Suspend services involving infringement
• Pursue legal remedies where applicable
• Request removal of infringing materials

12. Limitation of Liability

SolveTech shall not be responsible for:

• Unauthorized use of intellectual property by third parties
• Client misuse of licensed materials
• Third-party infringement claims arising from client-provided assets

13. Governing Law

This Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kuwait.

14. Policy Updates

SolveTech reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication.
