1. Company Information
SolveTech is an IT and technology solutions company operating in Kuwait, offering services including but not limited to:
- Software Development
- Website Design & Development
- Mobile Application Development

- Technical Support & Maintenance

2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into agreements.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You will not misuse our services or systems.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our services and website.
3. Quotations & Project Agreements
- All quotations provided by SolveTech are valid for the period mentioned in the quotation unless otherwise stated.
- Project scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be defined in proposals, agreements, or invoices.
- Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
- Verbal discussions shall not override written agreements unless officially approved.
4. Payments & Billing
- Clients agree to pay all invoices according to the payment schedule mentioned in the quotation or agreement.
- Delayed payments may result in suspension of services, support, hosting, or project delivery.
- All applicable taxes, duties, bank charges, and governmental fees shall be borne by the client unless otherwise agreed.
- Advance payments are generally non-refundable once project work has started.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- SolveTech retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, source structures, methodologies, templates, and reusable components.
- Clients retain ownership of their own logos, trademarks, business content, and data.
- Final project ownership may transfer upon full payment completion.
- Unauthorized copying, resale, reverse engineering, or redistribution of our software or services is prohibited.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate project requirements and approvals.
- Share required content, credentials, and materials on time.
- Maintain backups of their own critical data unless backup services are included.
- Ensure lawful use of all uploaded materials and content.
SolveTech shall not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete client communication or approvals.
7. Website & Hosting Services
For websites, hosting, or server-related services:
- Clients are responsible for renewing domains, hosting, licenses, or third-party subscriptions unless managed by SolveTech under a maintenance agreement.
- SolveTech is not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers, internet outages, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
- Hosting resources must not be used for illegal, harmful, spam, or malicious activities.
8. Software Development & Custom Solutions
- Custom software is developed according to approved requirements.
- Minor variations in design, interface, or functionality may occur during implementation.
- Third-party APIs, plugins, integrations, or external platforms may be subject to separate provider terms.
- SolveTech does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of software systems.
9. Support & Maintenance
- Technical support is provided according to the selected support package or agreement.
- Support requests outside agreed service hours or scope may incur additional charges.
- Emergency support availability may vary depending on service agreements.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose sensitive business, technical, financial, or operational information to unauthorized third parties.
This obligation survives termination of the business relationship.
11. Data Protection & Security
SolveTech implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect client data. However:
- No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
- Clients are responsible for securing their passwords, devices, and access credentials.
- SolveTech is not liable for losses caused by hacking, malware, phishing, unauthorized access, or cybersecurity incidents beyond reasonable control.
12. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as:
- Cloud hosting providers
- Payment gateways
- Domain registrars
- API providers
- Software vendors
Use of such services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- SolveTech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for business interruption, data loss, profit loss, or reputational damages.
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
14. Service Suspension & Termination
SolveTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payments remain overdue
- Terms are violated
- Services are used unlawfully
- Client behavior becomes abusive, fraudulent, or harmful
Clients may terminate services subject to contractual obligations and settlement of outstanding dues.
15. Force Majeure
SolveTech shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Internet outages
- Cyber incidents
- Power failures
- War or civil unrest
- Pandemic-related disruptions
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kuwait.
17. Amendments
SolveTech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will become effective upon publication on our website or official communication channels.
